Oral and written comments will be accepted from January 12, 2012 to February 29, 2012 at 6:00PM. The Panel will vote on the proposals listed below at the March 1, 2012 Panel meeting, which will take place at 6:00PM at Brooklyn Technical High School located at 29 Fort Greene Place, Brooklyn, NY 11217.
