Oral and written comments will be accepted from March 1, 2013 to April 16, 2013 at 6:00PM. The Panel will vote on the proposals listed below at the April 17, 2013 Panel meeting, which will take place at 6:00PM at Prospect Heights Campus located at 883 Classon Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11225.
