Oral and written comments will be accepted from July 6, 2012 to August 22, 2012 at 6:00PM. The Panel will vote on the amendment listed below at the August 22, 2012 Panel meeting, which will take place at 6:00PM at Tweed Courthouse located at 52 Chambers Street, New York, NY 10007.
