Oral and written comments will be accepted from October 26, 2012 to December 19, 2012 at 6:00PM. The Panel will vote on the proposal at the December 20, 2012 Panel meeting which will take place at the High School of Fashion Industries located at 225 West 24th Street, New York, NY 10011.
