The joint public hearing originally scheduled to be held at Building K138 regarding The Proposed Co-location of a New Public Charter School, Success Academy Charter School – Brooklyn 6 (84KTBD) with Existing School P.S. 138 - Brooklyn (17K138) in Building K138 Beginning in 2013-2014 on Thursday November 1, 2012 has been postponed.

The joint public hearing originally scheduled to be held at Building X146 regarding The Proposed Co-Location of a New Public Charter School, Success Academy Charter School – Bronx 3 (84XTBD) with Existing School P.S. 146 Edward Collins (08X146) in Building X146 Beginning in 2013-2014 on Thursday November 1, 2012 has been postponed.

The joint public hearing originally scheduled to be held at Building M460 regarding The Proposed Co-location of a New Public Charter School, Success Academy Charter School – Manhattan 1 (84MTBD) with Existing Schools Gramercy Arts High School (02M374), High School for Language and Diplomacy (02M399), International High School at Union Square (02M438), Academy for Software Engineering (02M546), Union Square Academy for Health Sciences (02M533), and Washington Irving High School (02M460) in Building M460 in the 2013-2014 School Year on Thursday November 1, 2012 has been postponed.

The joint public hearing originally scheduled to be held at Building M625 regarding The Proposed Co-location of a New Public Charter School, Success Academy Charter School – Manhattan 2 (84MTBD), with Existing Schools Business of Sports School (02M393), Urban Assembly Gateway School for Technology (02M507), and High School of Graphic Communication Arts (02M625) in Building M625 in the 2013-2014 School Year on Friday November 2, 2012 has been postponed.
 

The following proposals for significant changes in school utilization will be posted for the 45-day public review period. Oral and written comments will be accepted from September 20, 2012 to November 7, 2012 at 6:00PM. The Panel will vote on the proposals listed below at the November 8, 2012 Panel meeting, which will take place at 6:00PM at the Frank Sinatra School of the Arts located at 35-12 35th Avenue, Queens, NY, 11106.
