Oral and written comments will be accepted from October 25, 2013 through December 10, 2013 at 6:00PM. The Panel will vote on the items listed below at the December 11, 2013 Panel meeting, which will take place at 6:00PM at Taft Educational Campus located at 240 East 172 Street, Bronx, NY 10457.
