HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES

                   In order to register for courses on line, you’ll need to establish an account with EzCatalog


STEP 1:  Go to: http://pd.nycoit.org

        • If you are ALREADY a registered user of EzCatalog, please SKIP TO  STEP 3

STEP 2:   

        • If you are a new user, register for a user name and password:

        • Click on "Click here to Register" 

        • Complete the information form—the information provided here will be secure and will remain confidential.

        • YOUR EzCatalog USER NAME AND PASSWORD WILL BE SENT TO YOUR DOE EMAIL 
          
      • You may not use any email address other than your DOE email.

         • Once you have your EZ Catalog User Name and Password, go back to: http://pd.nycoit.org

STEP 3:

        • Log in by entering your user name and password.  

        • To enroll in an activity, click on the drop-down arrow next to “Department” 

        • Click on “Fitness & Physical Education” 

        • Select the course and the session

        • After enrolling you will receive an email that indicates “Enrollment Pending Approval”. Please note that this email only confirms that you have registered for the course and that you are awaiting approval.

        • Once your registration has been approved, you will receive email notification that your status has changed to approved.
