7th Annual School Wellness Poster Contest

7th Annual Wellness Poster Contest

The 7th Annual School Wellness Poster Contest  is now closed. See the list of winners and runners up and stay tuned for updated images! Thanks to all New York City public school students who submitted poster designs this year. Teachers can use this Certificate of Participation to recognize all students who entered their poster designs in this year's contest.

One winner and three runners-up were selected from each grade level: elementary, middle and high school. Winning designs, which champion healthy minds and bodies in school, will be displayed on posters in schools citywide, on the DOE website, and in other documents used to increase awareness of school wellness, including a colorful calendar. Scroll through the 2015 designs below and click on the links to view designs from previous years.

This contest encourages students to create messages that promote the importance of eating nutritious food, participating in at least 60 minutes of physical activity, and getting sufficient sleep each day.
