Transition Support

Transition and College Access Centers (TCACs)

The TCACs support students with IEPs and their families through the transition from school to adult life. TCACs offer trainings, workshops and opportunities that provide the tools needed to plan for adult life. Contact the center in your borough or visit them for help.
