Complaints about health instruction, access to medical care or health insurance, or unhealthy conditions at public schools are accepted. Complaints about 504 forms, vision or hearing testing, and dental plan clinics are also accepted. "Anonymous complaints are reviewed and addressed when possible, but people who choose to remain anonymous will not be contacted by the Department of Education for follow-up."
