Complaint about getting a child enrolled or back into school when the normal process is not working.

If a child is not currently attending school and a parent is having difficulty getting the child enrolled or returned to school, the Department of Education will provide additional assistance. "Anonymous complaints are reviewed and addressed when possible, but people who choose to remain anonymous will not be contacted by the Department of Education for follow-up."
