Complaint about harrassment or an altercation.

Complaints about harassment or altercations in public schools are accepted. Altercations that took place off of school property may also be reported if public school students were involved. "Anonymous complaints are reviewed and addressed when possible, but people who choose to remain anonymous will not be contacted by the Department of Education for follow-up."
