Complaints about classroom learning and tutoring are accepted. Complaints are also accepted about specific school programs, including: - Academic Intervention Services - Adult and Continuing Education - Bilingual Program - Gifted and Talented - Home Instruction - Home Schooling - Pre-Kindergarten - Special Education - Summer School "Anonymous complaints reviewed and addressed when possible, but people who choose to remain anonymous will not be contacted by the Department of Education for follow-up."
