OACE has over 900 classes for
adults throughout the five boroughs that meet 4 to 30 hours per week, day and
evening, Monday through Saturday. Positions include 4-14 hour per session
schedules, 15-29 hour part-time schedules, and 30 hour full-time schedules. As
part of OACE’s funding guidelines teachers in all 3 scheduling categories must
be NY State Certified. While we periodically have part-time and full-time
schedules available, the majority of our openings are per session schedules
offered in the evenings and on Saturdays.
