This pamphlet includes information on OACE's programs, partnerships, student demographics, class locations, and contact information. The Literacy Assistance Center (LAC) is an organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the expansion of quality literacy services in New York. One of their core services is referrals for adult students who want to find free classes in reading, writing, learning English or obtaining their GED.
