10/8/200904MVermin activity were observed throughout establishment on floor next to ovenin kitchen, under steamer in kitchen, on side of food prep table in front food service area, on floor under paper storage room.in compressor cabinet under steam table in front food service area. OSFNS Staff re-instructed on proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures. All areas were immediately cleaned. Pest Control immediately notified. Resolved
