Procedural Guidelines

A&E has developed a new category of standard administrative/managerial procedures called “Procedural Guidelines”. These will guide A&E staff and their Design Consultants in procedural matters related to the scope, design and management of projects for the Authority. The Guidelines are organized first by stage or phase of work (General, Planning/Assignment, Scope & Design, Bid-Award, Construction, and Closeout). and within that by applicability to project type (CIP, Capacity, or CIP & Capacity). The naming convention for the Procedural Guidelines is as follows: all start with the prefix PG; then number (1-6) indicating overall stage/phase; then number (1-3) indicating project-type applicability; and finally sequential number of issuance.

The Table of Contents has been created for the Procedural Guidelines. Note that two procedures previously issued as AEP (A&E Procedures) have been included as part of the Procedural Guidelines.
