The DOE undertakes a 45-day public review process to afford the public an opportunity to submit comments on proposed items that are subject to Panel for Educational Policy approval.

Proposed items include Chancellor's Regulations, Proposals for Significant Changes in Utilization of Schools, the DOE Procurement Policy and the DOE Capital Plan.
