Pedagogic/School Based Payrolls is dedicated to providing quality customer service to our Pedagogues relating to all payroll functions. These include the timely issuance of accurate paychecks and educating School Secretaries/Timekeepers and Union officials regarding payroll procedures. The main goal is to utilize available technology to enhance the efficiency of our various payroll systems: the Employee Information System (EIS) and the Per Diem/Per Session Payroll System (PDPS). Our Payroll will continuously strive to provide quality service to all Pedagogues through prompt and effective distribution of monetary compensation.
WHAT'S NEW
Effective, July 2, 2007, the Division of Financial Operations & DIIT, in conjunction with the Integrated Service Centers have developed an online Per Session Activity Approval Requests Process. Request for Approval for Principal Per Session Activity is now accessible through the FAMIS Portal. The Per Session Activity Online Screen allows a principal to request online approval to perform Per Session activity. Requests are automatically emailed to the Community Superintendent for approval. If necessary, a request requiring a waiver approval will be electronically sent to the Division of Human Resources (DHR). All principal Per Session activities are capped at 400 hours.
