Where can you go when you need help?

The staff at P.S. 236 is very much interested in helping you with any question, problem, and/or concern.  The Parent Coordinator is the first person to which you can turn.  If you cannot reach the Parent Coordinator at the school, she can be reached as follows:

Antoinette LaBella, Parent Coordinator

However, you have other options, as well.  If you wish to speak with your child’s teacher, you may contact them in the following manner:

·                    Sending a written message via your child

·                    Calling the school and leaving a message for the teacher

·                    Making arrangements via Parent Coordinator, Antoinette LaBella

If you wish to speak to the Principal, Ms. Barton or the Assistant Principal, Ms. Southard, they very much want to assist you.  You may contact them in the following manner:

·                    Via telephone @ 718-444-6969 and leave a message.  Your call will be returned as soon as possible.

·                    Via note sent in with your child or left by you in the main office with a school secretary

·                    By completing a form at the Security desk in the main lobby requesting a phone call or an appointment. Parents are seen by appointment only.
