Filing Internal Complaints of Unlawful Discrimination/Harassment
Establishes an internal review process to be followed by employees, parents of students, students, and applicants for employment within the jurisdiction of the Department of Education of the City of New York who wish to file complaints of alleged discrimination or unlawful harassment.
