The  Children First Network (CFN) assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures related to:

  • Staff recruitment and placement
  • Wage and salary administration
  • Employee benefits
  • Timekeeping
  • Payroll
  • Status changes for school-based professional and support staff
  • Processing of various personnel actions, including certifications, leaves of absences, terminations and separation of services.
