Division of Budget Operations and Review

The Division of Budget Operations and Review (DBOR) is committed to managing the Department of Education’s (DOE) operating budget in a way that aligns resources with the strategic objectives of the DOE and consistently promotes the goal of maximizing student achievement.  DBOR provides direction and support for resource allocation decisions that focus on the equitable and transparent distribution of Department funds. DBOR is dedicated to maintaining a balanced budget condition and the necessary policies and procedures to do this. DBOR seeks to ensure the effective and efficient use of Department funds to best support our schools and students.
