Notice of Intent (under $100,000)

    Requests for Negotiated Services procurements under $100K are reviewed and approved by the Executive Director of the Division of Contracts and Purchasing, the New York City Department of Education’s (DOE’s) Chief Operations Officer and the Panel for Educational Policy.
