Q. Why are my accrual balances in CyberShift different from TKS?
A. TKS advances a month's worth of accruals when you begin working at DOE. When you are put into CyberShift we have to account for that.

Q. Can temps be put into CyberShift?

Q. The bubblesheet has a duplicate day, how do you fix this?
A. When you are scheduled to be off and then come in to work, the system creates a duplicate day. The day off has to be deleted in the Daily Edits.
Q. I have a negative one day Comp Time. This happened once before and it was corrected, but it seems to have resurfaced again.
A. What the system is telling you is that a record was changed after you took time off. There was comp time but it was taken away and the time was supposed to come out of your annual leave. We have to adjust your annual leave now because there is no comp time.
