Accounting Transaction Control is responsible for the following: 
 
 Controls and monitors accounting related transactions that are entered into FAMIS and city's FMS.

 Oversees the issuance of Cognos reports from FAMIS.

 Administers FAMIS security help desk and serves as DOE security agent for city financial systems.

 Serves as liaison between the Comptroller's Office and the various school districts/ISC's for auditing puposes.
