TWO NEW FUNCTIONS ON THE CMR
Two new functions have recently been added to the CMR.
When you look at your payment history, you now have the option of seeing only preschool payments, only school-age payments or both. Simply select which option you want from the available dropdown screen.
Secondly, we have now added a Print button to allow you to print out your calendars for the year. It is available when you choose School Calendar.

SETSS Invoicing
Starting with September, 2008 services, the SETSS rate has been increased to $41.98 per hour. As you know, we have a tiered rate system, whereby the rate increases as the group size increases. The schedule for the new rate is as follows:

Session Rate $41.98 $62.97 $83.96 $94.46 $104.95
Please note that these are session rates, not student rates. Therefore, a one-hour session with a group of 2 two children will result in each child being invoiced for $31.49, a one-hour session with a group of 3 children will result in each child being invoiced for $27.99, etc.
We have designed a new invoice form that you must use when billing for SETSS. This form is in Excel format, and we strongly recommend that you complete your monthly billing electronically using this form. It will calculate the total amounts for you based on the above schedule. You can then print it, have it signed, and send it in, along with the approval forms. However, you may complete the form manually if you choose.

NEW INVOICE FOR SCHOOL-AGE RELATED SERVICE PROVIDERS
While we strongly encourage the use of ETO for school-age related service billing, we recognize that some school-age independent related service providers still use the paper form. Effective immediately, those providers who bill on paper must use the new RSA-7a invoice form on the link below. Please note, you will now be required to include the start and end time of your sessions on these invoices.

NEW FUNCTION FOR PRESCHOOL RELATED SERVICE PROVIDERS-
SEE YOUR APPROVALS ONLINE
Preschool related service providers now have the option of seeing their approval online prior to submitting invoicing. When you log into the CMR web site, select payment on the left side of the screen. Then there will be on option on the lower left that says View Related Service Approvals. Select that and you will see a bar in the middle of the screen that asks for fiscal year (select 2008) and also allows you to filter for service type by child. You may choose to simply select Retrieve and see all your approvals. Once they come up, you can scroll to the right using the arrow key. If you would like to see your approval in Excel file, Choosing Excel from the Select a Format option and then click Export. It is our hope that this new function will help you avoid sending in invoices before the approval is in the system. If the approval you are looking for is not in the system, please contact your CPSE. Please note, once an update is made, it will be visible online the following day.
