Q: When will I receive my new salary and retroactive payment?
A: When the Certificate of Salary Status (CSS) is generated, you will receive your new salary on the next available payroll. Retroactive payment is due within 30 days of the CSS issue date.
Q: How do I know if I am on the right salary step?
A: You will receive a salary step once a year on your anniversary/equate date until you reach the maximum step. For additional information please contact Supervisory Support Services at 718-935-2820.
Q: What is the status of my Performance Differential, and when can I expect to be paid?
A. When your Dissemination Form is signed by the Superintendent and faxed to the CSA Payroll Unit at 718-935-3595 you will be paid on the next available payroll or Supplementary payroll for inactive employees.
Q: How do I adjust my Tax Deferred Anuity deductions?
