Sick Leave
- For any employees newly hired on or after 7/1/2004, annual sick leave accrual rate shall be 10 days per year for the first 5 years of service (5 hours 50 minutes per month).
- For any employees newly hired on or after 7/1/2004, hourly sick leave accrual rate shall be 1 hour of sick leave for each 24 hours actually worked for the first 5 years of service.
