Paraprofessionals attending and completing six (6) credits/semester hours of study during the summer semester may be eligible to receive a summer stipend.

In order to avoid a delay in processing your application, please be sure to accurately complete the entire application and provide all the necessary documentation:
- A copy of the bursar’s receipt, student transaction form, or grade report must accompany your application.
- The application may be submitted after completion of the first two (2) weeks of class.
- The Course Information section must be complete, including the instructor/professor’s signature and date.
Note: A student grade report or transcript must accompany all applications that do not have an instructor/professor's signature.
Applications for summer 2008 must be received no later than September 15, 2008. Please mail or fax the completed application and all required documents to:
