Emotional Literacy

The program being implemented in District 75 focused on emotional literacy is based on Emotionally Intelligent Schools’ “RULER program”. The RULER Programs help educators, students, and families to Recognize, Understand, Label, Express, and Regulate emotions effectively in order to make informed decisions and behave in ways that benefit themselves, their school, their family, their friends, and their communities.
