Administrative Payroll

The Administrative Payroll Unit is responsible for processing payroll transactions for annual (H Bank) employees and hourly (Z Bank) employees including:

The researching and processing of additional compensation such as equity, longevity, and service increments.

Reconciliation of payroll payments, calculation of overpayments, issuance of bills of collection and stop payments for lost checks.

Implementation of collective bargaining agreements as well as payment policies and procedures established by the City’s Offices of Labor Relations and Payroll Administration and Department of Education.

Processing of all personnel transactions such as new appointments, promotions, salary increases, cessation of employment, grievances and lump sums for unused annual and sick leaves.

Assists all ISC/FMC timekeepers regarding payroll processes by providing training sessions on timekeeping, policies and payroll transaction processing.
