Guidelines for Managerial EmployeesManagers newly hired on or after January 1, 2005, can accrue a maximum of ten (10) sick leave days per annum for the first five (5) years of service. At the beginning of the sixth year of service, the maximum sick leave accrual shall be (12) days per annum. Effective January 1, 2005, managers may use three (3) days per year from their sick leave balances for care of ill family members.
