The Council of Supervisors and Administrators unit is responsible for processing payroll transactions for pedagogues appointed to a Council of Supervisors and Administrators (CSA) title. The applicable titles are Supervisors, Assistant Principals, Principals and Education Administrators.
Processes longevity, certificates of salary status, school size differentials, and performance differential payments for administrative pedagogues. Responds to inquiries from administrative pedagogues and Regional Operations Center staff concerning staffing transactions such as salary levels, salary payments, and salary deductions. Calculate and process final entitlement payments for Principals, Assistant Principals and Supervisors who have separated from service with the Department of Education. Develop instructional information materials and conduct training workshops for staff members, Integrated Service Centers, United Federation of Teachers, Budget and Payroll representatives.
