The two "Annual School Reports on General School Funds" (above) have been eliminated from the chapter on "General School Funds and Cash Transactions." Principals however, may wish to use them when reporting annual figures to their UFT chapter chairperson per Contract Article 19J4 of the agreement between the UFT and Department of Education.
As a substitute for these forms, principals may use the "Final Statement at Conclusion of Revenue Producing Activity" or photocopy/printout the end of year pages of the "Cash Receipts and Cash Disbursements Journals."
