Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Each of the chapters contained in the Division of Financial Operations' Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual is designed to:

  • Guide employees through unfamiliar operational procedures,
  • Ensure that procedures are performed in a consistent manner in order to maintain quality, and
  • Ensure that procedures are followed in compliance with agency and government regulations.
