Here is some basic information about the email service the DOE provides for employees:

  • Outlook Client is the version of Outlook that people use on networked DOE computers – usually desktops but also laptops with VPN.
  • Outlook Web Access is the version of Outlook that you log into from the Internet – usually not a networked computer. This is often referred to as webmail. You can log in here with your Outlook username and password.
  • If you don’t know your Outlook username and password, submit this online form.
