    Managed Services

    • Manages hardware purchasing of Dell, Apple, and Lexmark brands for all instructional and administrative Department of Education locations.

    Project Management 

    The Project Management Office has developed a standard project management methodology specifically for DIIT to allow mangers to effectively manage, monitor and deliver their projects on time, on budget, on target.  The PMO takes into consideration the many aspects and the best use of resources that would be required to reach the goal at hand.

    ATS

    Automate the Schools (ATS) is a school-based administrative system which standardizes and automates the collection and reporting of data for all students in the New York City Public Schools.

    CAP

    The Child Assistance Program (CAP) is a computerized data collection system to track the process students go through when referred for possible special education services.
