Enhancements or bug fixes should be requested through the Magic system as an RFS (Request for Services). If you have never used Magic for an RFS, you can call 718-935-4500 and ask for help on Magic. Business users that need work done on a large scale, such as a new function or a new version of an application, or an entirely new application.
