Project Management
The Project Management Office has developed a standard project management methodology specifically for DIIT to allow mangers to effectively manage, monitor and deliver their projects on time, on budget, on target. The PMO takes into consideration the many aspects and the best use of resources that would be required to reach the goal at hand.
