Commercial Unit

The Commercial Unit provides legal advice to schools and administrative offices on a broad range of commercial issues. The primary responsibility of the unit is negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements for the DOE for a wide range of goods, services and partnerships. In addition, the unit advises the DOE on basic copyright and intellectual property right questions, insurance issues, and procurement policies and procedures.
