The New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) is providing this list of proposed Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build Projects for which construction contracts are anticipated. This list and preliminary schedule is intended to help firms consider and plan their scheduling and estimating resources as appropriate.
The list and detail included therein are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change. The SCA reserves the right to modify any and all information contained in the list of proposed capacity projects, including but not limited to, the addition or deletion of projects; scope, size or program requirements of any project; and changes in the schedule or timing of any project.
