Pre-K/EI Rider System Updates

As of August 18th, 2013, the fall 2013-14 Pre-K Rider System is open.


Pre-K and EI site staff using the Pre-K/EI Rider System can begin updating rider information for the 2013-14 school year beginning August 18th. Once rider information has been updated, bus vendors will receive updates and begin building bus routes for the start of the school year.

 

On August 18th, follow these steps to update information for each rider attending your site in the fall.

 

Go to the Pre-K/EI Rider System and log in the user name and password for your site.

 

After logging in, a list of riders for your site will display:

1.     Click the icon to the left of a rider’s name

2.     Make any changes necessary to the pick up or drop off location

3.     On the right side of the screen, select the session time for each day of the week

         If your site has a single session time the selection will be made for you

         If your site has multiple session times, you are required to select a session time for each day of the week

4.     Press Save Information

 

Update each rider on the list that will attend your site in the fall

 

Correcting Rider data:

If a rider is listed that will not be attending your site in the fall:

1.     Do not assign a session to the rider

2.     Contact the CPSE or EI team to have the rider removed from the site roster

If a rider is not listed but will be attending your site in the fall

1.     Contact the CPSE or EI team to have the rider added to the site roster

2.     Review the list of riders; when the rider appears, assign a session time and save the record

 

 

To make any updates to your sites contact information or to add session times, follow the steps below.

Go to the Pre-K/EI Rider System and log in the user name and password for your site.

         To Update Site Information and Service Dates
        1.     Click the Site Information tab at the top of the page. 
        2.     Click Edit School to open the fields for editing.
        3.     Complete all fields.
        4.     Choose service star t and end dates for the 2012-13 school year.
        5.     Click Save (a "saved successfully" message will appear).

          To Create Session Times
        1.     Click Add Session.
        2.     Enter the days of the week and the start and end times for each of your  site's sessions (Ex. Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).
       3.     Click Save Session (session times will appear below)
