SES information will be back-packed home with eligible students. |

Schools hold an NCLB information session/Provider Fair. |

October 17 - November 4, 2011 |
Providers submit enrollment forms for processing. |

November 7, 2011 |
Supplemental Educational Services begin. |

February 6 – 17, 2012 |
Enrollment period. Forms will be accepted at the L.I.C. processing office and Brooklyn program office until 5pm on February 17th. Enrollment is no longer open to reduced price meal plan students; rather, only free lunch plan students qualify. In the event the demand for SES exceeds the level of funding reserved for SES, in accordance with Title I, Part A, priority will be given to the academically lowest-achieving students. |

February 12, 2012 |
All SES tutoring services will be suspended at midnight. Services may resume on March 5th for all eligible students. Again, enrollment is no longer open to reduced price meal plan students; rather, only free lunch plan students qualify. In the event the demand for SES exceeds the level of funding reserved for SES, in accordance with Title I, Part A, priority will be given to the academically lowest-achieving students. No SES services will be provided during this suspension. |

March 5, 2012 |
SES tutoring services may resume for all students eligible under the new qualifications/criteria and may begin for all eligible students not previously enrolled. |

June 15, 2012 |
All SES tutoring services must end by midnight. Year end invoicing will begin the next day. |
