Parents and students who have not "tested out" of the services provided are asked to choose which method of instruction best fits the educational needs of the learner. Currently, our program of choice is "free standing ESL." Complete with a fully licensed ESL teacher, Cascades provides instruction to students within three categories, beginner, intermediate and advanced.
