Admission is on-going throughout the school year and begins when a student, parent or counselor contacts the school. Students are asked to fax over their most recent transcript for review. Although each student's admission decision is individually made, most students enroll between the ages of 17-20, have completed 15 credits and have passed one Regents Exam.
Interested students who meet the transcript review will be provided with both an individual interview as well as with an admission placement test. Reading levels below 6.0 will be referred to literacy programs. There are a limited number of seats available for students with Special Needs. Students must provide a complete copy of all sections of their IEP and should be eligible for Special Education Teacher Support Services.
