ELA teachers have begun to incorporate this online service into their curriculum. Students submit written assignments to their teacher's Turnitin account, and these assignments are automatically checked for plagiarism. Teachers can then grade the papers online, saving time and trees! Teachers report an increased percentage of students submitting papers on time, as well as an improvement in the quality of written work received.
During the month of March, 9th grade ELA students created newsletters that reflect their knowledge of Mark Twain's novel, The Tradedy of Pudd'head Wilson.
