Visual  Arts

The visual arts encompass many types of artwork and are expressed through drawing, painting and sculpture.

Students will learn basic drawing techniques plus use the elements and principles of art to create both two and three-dimensional pieces of artwork. Students are introduced to a variety of artistic media such as paints, pastels, paper maché, charcoal, clay, pencils and more to communicate their understanding of the subject matter.

During our yearly Art Show students, family and friends will be invited to come join our exploration where they will be able to view all our artist’s pieces of artwork.
