ESL (English as a Second Language)

Our second and third grade ESL students are currently studying construction sites in our neighborhood using an inquiry approach.

We have made many visits to various construction sites and are keeping an ongoing journal, researching and comparing our findings to other buildings in the community.

Through the inquiry approach students have been able to learn individually. in small groups and in class using observation and deducing facts.
