Don't know your username?
        - Look it up in the
DOE Directory (must be on an administrative
          school computer).
        - or, email Mr. Milien (
gmilien@schools.nyc.gov) from another 
          account

Forgot your password?
         - Use the DOE's "Password Reset Tool"

Is your inbox full?

  1. Delete any unwanted emails from your inbox.
  2. Next, on the left of your screen click on 'deleted items.' Along the top of the window, there is a trash bin.  If you hover your mouse over the trash can, it says 'empty deleted items.'  Click on this button.
  3. Your email still isn't gone!  Lastly, along the bottom left of the screen click on 'options.'  Scroll to the very bottom of the screen and there is a button you should click called 'view items.'  Here, I would click on the first email, hold down the shift button, scroll down and click on the last email (highlighting them all) and then click on the 'permanently delete' button.  Repeat until the bin is empty!
